Place the tool on the tension tester to adjust the force, if there is no suitable tester, you can adjust manually Each Tool Has A Line Force Indicator That Has Been Set At The Factory 1. Insert the tester into the contact head. the tool must be in a straight line with the contact. 2. Using the standard, set the tool to the required force. 3. Wear safety glasses when using. 4. Apply pressure towards contact until slide aligns with indicator line and hold tester in position for at least 2 seconds, contact should remain in place if retention force is up to standard. 5. The tool should be checked every 2000 times to verify the force of the indicator line, and should be returned to the tool box in a dry and clean place when used up. 6.Tips fit standard M39029.
