How to use our digital refractometer Step 1: Raise the cover and clean sample groove with clean water, in case of residual sugar interference the test results. Step 2: Juice what you want to test. Freshness juice means accurate result. Refractometers determine material sugar content by refractive index, so we just need a juicing process. Step 3: Press ON key to turn on the instrument. Drip several drops of juice into sample groove and cover the cover on the groove, then press READ key and wait a few seconds for the result testing. Don't forget clean the sample groove every time before test Raise the cover and clean the groove Juice the thing you want test Lid the cover and press READ Wait for 3-5s, you'll get it.
