How to use our digital refractometer Step 1: Raise the cover and clean sample groove with clean water, in case of residual sugar interference the test results. Step 2: Juice what you want to test. Freshness juice means accurate result. Refractometers determine material sugar content by refractive index, so we just need a juicing process. Step 3: Press ON key to turn on the instrument. Drip several drops of juice into sample groove and cover the cover on the groove, then press READ key and wait a few seconds for the result testing.
