Tap the damper detection button, the damper will rotate, click the button again, the damper will rotate in the opposite direction. If the damper opens and closes smoothly, the damper is normal. If the damper does not turn, the opening and closing is not smooth or there are other abnormalities, it means that the damper is faulty. Electric valve detection: Connect the motorized valve to the tester , press the motorized valve detection button for 5 seconds, wait until the screen displays "0", the spool returns to the starting position, and the inlet is connected to port A. Press the motorized valve detection button once, The screen displays '18' and the entrance is connected to port B. Press the motorized valve detection button a second time, the screen displays ‘36’ and the inlet is connected to port C. Press the motorized valve detection button for the third time, the screen displays ‘54’ and the inlet is connected to the BC port. After the above detection the electric valve is switched normally, it can be judged that the electric valve is intact. If the electric valve has no switching action, it means that the electric valve is malfunctioning. DC fan detection: Connect the DC fan to the detector in the order of positive, negative, and feedback . Press the fan detection button, if the fan speed is normal, the screen displays the speed signal between 40-200, you can judge that the fan is in good condition. If the fan does not rotate or the screen displays E01, it can be judged that the fan is faulty. Bistable pulse solenoid valve detection: Connect the solenoid valve detection line to the solenoid valve interface, and click the solenoid valve detection positive and negative pulse buttons respectively. You can hear the reversing sound of the solenoid valve. If there is no reversing sound, it can be judged that the solenoid valve is faulty. (Attention! The solenoid valve detection line outputs a DC220V pulse voltage, please do not touch it during use. The solenoid valve detection line outputs a pulse voltage, and the DC voltage range of the multimeter is about 110V) Frequency conversion board detection: connect the inverter board detection line to the inverter board communication interface (need to distinguish between positive and negative), and then connect the inverter board output terminal to the compressor, and then supply the inverter board with 220V power supply. Press the frequency conversion board detection button, the tester will automatically match the frequency conversion board start data, and the compressor can be started after the matching is correct. If the compressor is started, it can be judged that both the compressor and the inverter board are normal. If it does not start, use the compressor detection function to detect the compressors and eliminate them one by one. (Note! Once the compressor is started, it will take more than 5 minutes to test again, and the test will be performed after the system pressure is balanced). Inverter compressor inspection: Connect the compressor detection line to the refrigerator inverter compressor, and press the inverter compressor detection button. The detector automatically matches the compressor start data, and the compressor can be started directly after the match is correct. If the compressor does not start, it can be judged that the compressor is malfunctioning. (Note! Once the compressor is started, it will take more than 5 minutes to test again, and the test will be performed after the system pressure is balanced). Frequency adjustment: After the compressor is started, the operating frequency can be adjusted by turning the frequency adjustment knob, and the current frequency value is displayed on the screen at the same time, which is convenient for observing the working status of each frequency band of the refrigerator.
